A smash room (also called a rage room) is a specially designed space where you can physically explode stress in a safe, controlled way. You get geared up with full protective equipment, are placed inside the room with over 5 different weapons and are given a mixture of different items to break. These items can be anything from dishes and glassware to computers, TV’s, vinyl records, car windshields and more! It’s loud, it’s cathartic, and it’s meant to help you release tension and have fun.

At REKT Inc., these smash rooms come with extras to heighten the experience. You can plug in your own music via Bluetooth speakers so your soundtrack matches your mood, and the environment is designed to be both immersive and secure. Whether you’re visiting for stress/grief relief, to celebrate or just to have fun, it’s the kind of activity that works great solo, with friends, or as a group event for parties.

Our escape rooms have a maximum time of 60 minutes to solve the puzzles and complete the mission. If you don’t complete the mission, no worries, we don’t lock anyone in the room permanently unless they’re a really good member of staff.

Our smash rooms have a maximum time of 45 minutes to break all items. Over our 4 years of experience in smash rooms we have chosen this timeframe for a number of different reasons – From grief counseling to party celebrations, 45 minutes was found to be the sweet spot which allows rest breaks while smashing items, celebratory activities like taking photos and setting off confetti canons, time to grieve and release emotions and time for couples to enjoy each others time without feeling the need to quickly leave. You’re more than just a number for us to quickly cycle out the door – We want you to enjoy your time here.

All ages are welcome to play in our attractions, but children under the age of 13 are required to have an adult present in the room.

In our smash rooms we do have protective equipment for both children and adults.

All of our escape rooms are designed for 10 players, but we are able to host larger groups at your request.

Our smash rooms are designed to host groups of 10, though we have had groups of up to 30 participate by booking both rooms at the same time. For the safety of those smashing, only 2 people are allowed to break items at the same time – This is to make sure no one accidentally get’s hit by a baseball bat or a crowbar, trust us, that’s no fun for anyone.

The only scary activity we have at the moment is our escape room in Carrollton titled, The Haunting of Mercy Manor.

Newnan will be receiving a scary attraction in 2026.

Our Newnan location, home to our famous rage room experience and Newnan’s first escape room, “The Cover Up” is located at 265 Temple Ave., Newnan, GA 30263 and can be found right beside Cuts and Comics, One Roof Thrift Store and Crook’s Grocery.

Yes. Our location is right off of Highway 27 ALT South, going towards the Newnan Square as you enter Newnan from Whitesburg and Carrollton.

Area landmarks include Cuts and Comics (our neighbor inside the shopping center), One Roof Thrift Store, Crook’s Grocery. Subway and Papa Johns are in the shopping center behind ours – Walgreens, Dollar General, Tucker’s Hardware, Hardees and Churches Chicken are all area landmarks.

For our smash rooms, participants must wear close-toed shoes, a helmet with face-shield, cut resistant gloves, long sleeves and long pants for safety.

We provide gloves, a helmet with face-shield, cut resistant gloves and a full-body jumpsuit free of charge if you don’t wish to wear your own clothes. Steel-toe boots are available for rental upon request.

We do not require that you arrive early, but simply arrive at the designated time for your activity. This is so your team can be properly briefed for the game, sign waivers and take care of any additional payment details; all of this is calculated into your time slot.

For those who have booked a game Monday – Thursday in Newnan, it is advised that you not arrive more than 5 minutes early, as we do not deploy staff to open the facility until your scheduled time.

Proof of signed waiver will be required before entry into the room.

Since each activity is scheduled to start at a specific time, another group may be coming in after your game ends. For that reason we ask that you please be there when your time slot is scheduled as the timer on your room will begin shortly afterwards (similar to how movie theaters work).

There will be no refunds for missed games.

Special escape room pricing is available for corporate groups, sports teams, non-profit organizations and groups with 16+ players. We can also give discounts on full facility reservations so your team can play the escape room and go through the rage room at the same time.

To redeem group rates or special pricing please call us to book your activity, or contact us through our special Corporate Contact Form to reach a dedicated sales associate.

Monday – Thursday our facilities are open by appointment only and would require a reservation at least one hour (1 hour) before your desired game time in order to deploy a game master to the location.

Friday – Sunday we are open for walk-ins and reservations, but due to how busy we can get on these days it is advised to reserve your spot ahead of time to guarantee prompt service.

Sometimes we won’t have a break in time slots for 5-6 hours at a time during the weekends, so your wait time may be substantial without a reservation.

All cancellations or reschedule requests must be received at least 12 hours before your scheduled reservation. Due to our schedule, we can only allow ONE (1) reschedule per group. If you know you can’t make your previously scheduled time, but are unsure of when you’ll be able to reschedule, simply request a credit and we’ll make a note on your account.

Yes. All activities at this location are completely private – At no time will you be made to share your activity with strangers. We offer this feature free of charge.

Yes. To create a reservation we only require a deposit of $33 for our Escape Rooms and $50 for Smash Rooms. The remaining balance can be paid on arrival.

Over the years we’ve developed our deposit system to help everyone involved.

How it helps you:

– You won’t have to pay for everyone in the party and then collect payments from your friends/family, which could sour relationships.

– If someone were to steal your identity and try to book with us, we require them to pay the remaining balance on location while under surveillance and with a signed waiver.

How it helps us:

– Incase your party drops players the day of arrival, we don’t have to administer refunds, which can cost us double in credit card processing fees.

– Fraud protection as well – Incase of fraudsters, having video and photographic evidence helps our case a lot in getting these rapscallions off the streets.
