Nope, we believe in upfront and transparent pricing! While creating your reservation you will be shown the full expense of the room and that’s all you’ll be charged – No parking fees, No private room fees, nothing extra.

To hold your reservation we do require a deposit of $50, which will go toward your remaining balance on arrival.

The base price of each birthday party package includes entry for 6 people. You can add more people for only $20 each.

Yes, you can add as many extra participants as you’d like – After the initial 6 people, additional participants are only $20 each.

This fee only applies to people participating in the escape room and not for those who wish to wait in the lobby for after-game festivities.

For children under the age of 13, at least one adult is required to be in the room to prevent potential damage to props. Adults will need to pay for entry if the player count goes above the included 6 tickets in the party package.

The price for extra participants is $20.

As long as there is availability, there is no minimum booking requirement. Each of our rooms are fully equipped to celebrate a birthday party with just one hour notice on weekdays (Monday – Thursday) and zero notice on weekends (Friday – Sunday).

We do advise booking as far out as possible as soon as you know your date and time to ensure you’re able to get the specific timeslot you would like.

Our website contains a real-time calendar for each attraction that is updated automatically. A secured payment portal (through the booking company Resova) with options to pay with credit/debit card or with PayPal. And each page leading up to your reservation is packed full of information to ease any worries you may have, while also providing loads of excitement!

But, if you would feel more comfortable making a reservation over the phone, our professional Game Masters and Managers are eagerly waiting to take your call from 9am – 11pm, 7 days a week.

Due to the secure nature of the deposits required for reservations, we are unable to create bookings through e-mail or Facebook messenger.

Many birthday celebrations last an average of 2 hours at our facility, if you choose to bring in outside food. 1 hour for the escape room experience, then 1 hour for celebrations (food, gifts, etc…) in our designated lobby areas.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring a birthday cake. During your game, our staff will keep it safe in our kitchen until your game has ended, at which point we can bring it out to you.

Or if you choose to wait in the lobby, you’re more than welcome to setup the birthday area, cake included, while the birthday participants are in the escape room.

Yes! You may bring your own cake, snacks and decorations.

While the escape game itself is completely private to your group, we have designated areas in our lobby that we use for birthday party setups.

Yes, you’re able to bring banners, streamers, table covers and balloons if you choose to.

For the birthday party packages, we decorate inside the room itself and include a souvenir gift for the birthday person. If you would like to decorate above what we provide, please call ahead of time to coordinate additional decorations to ensure they don’t interfere with the escape room experience.

Yes! We frequently have children as young as toddlers participate in our escape games. Children age 5 and younger are free to play.

For players 13 and younger a parent or guardian of legal age will need to accompany them into the escape room to prevent potential damage to props and to ensure a smooth game experience.

Yes, once you create your reservation the room blocks off entirely to other groups, giving you a completely private game with only your family and friends.

For the birthday packages we include the “Unlimited Hint” feature so your group is welcome to ask for as many hints as necessary to complete the game. However, if you choose to play at a steady pace and don’t use too many hints, the escape room will run as normal where you have a different ending depending on if you win or lose.

Since the souvenir gift is found inside the room, we have chosen a spot where 98% of players get to with normal play to make sure the birthday person get’s a prize on their special day.

That’s no problem at all. Our highly trained Game Masters go over all of the in’s and out’s of our escape games before entry into the room including rules, the story/objective and how to ask for help. You’re also able to ask for hints at any time during the game to keep your team on track to victory!

Most definitely! For adults we host birthday parties, gender reveals, anniversary, bachelorette/bachelor parties and we’ve had several wedding proposals in our escape rooms.
