Monday - Thursday games are by appointment only. After booking we'll open up the facility just for your group!

General Questions
What is an escape room?
Escape rooms are themed rooms built to look like different scenarios – Your game may look like a nuclear bunker, a hacker’s bedroom, a magical wand shop, a haunted house and more!
Throughout the game, your team must find clues, solve puzzles using those clues and complete the objective before time runs out. The rooms may contain cool features like trap doors, and hidden items, so be sure to study your surroundings thoroughly in order to win.
Escape rooms are great brain teasing activities for anyone looking for a mix of challenge and fun!
How long is the activity?
Our escape rooms have a maximum time of 60 minutes to solve the puzzles and complete the mission. If you don’t complete the mission, no worries, we don’t lock anyone in the room permanently unless they’re a really good member of staff.
Is there an age limit?
All ages are welcome to play in our attractions, but children under the age of 13 are required to have an adult present in the room.
And don’t worry seniors, we didn’t forget about you! Our oldest player to date has been 88 years old, with plenty of ages in-between enjoying the fun that escape rooms offer. it truly is fun for the entire family.
How many people can play at once?
All of our rooms are designed for 10 players, but we are able to host larger groups at your request. To book a larger capacity room, or to book multiple rooms at the same time (corporate, church and sports groups usually request this), please call us at (770) 954-5106 or submit our Corporate Contact Form to have a sales associate call and assist in reserving your teams special day.
Is it scary?
The only scary activity we have at the moment is our escape room, The Haunting of Mercy Manor
Location and Arrival
Where are you located in Carrollton, Georgia?
Our Headquarters, home of our, The Wizard’s Secret, LockCraft: Armagedddon, The Haunting of Mercy Manor and Operation: Disarm escape rooms is located at 101 Northwinds Blvd., Carrollton, GA 30117 and can be found right beside the Subway location up the road from Ingles.
Are there any landmarks in the area to help locate you?
Yes. Our location is right off of Highway 27 North, going towards Bremen.
Area landmarks include Subway (our neighbor inside of North Park Plaza shopping center), Carrollton Nutrition, Ingles, Spinnerz Skating Rink, Mike Bell Chevrolet and Walker Cadillac – We are right across the road from a Shell gas station.

What, if anything, should I bring to the game?
We handle everything from the time you enter until you leave – There is no dress code, and you won’t need to bring anything with you in order to play and complete an escape room.
Do I have to arrive in advance?
We do not require that you arrive early, but simply arrive at the designated time for your game. This is so your team can be properly briefed for the game, sign waivers and take care of any additional payment details; all of this is calculated into your time slot.
For those who have booked a game Monday – Thursday in Carrollton, it is advised that you not arrive more than 5-10 minutes early, as we do not deploy staff to open the facility until your scheduled time.

If I’m late, can I still play?
Since each room is scheduled to start at a specific time, another group may be coming in after your game ends. For that reason we ask that you please be there when your time slot is scheduled as the timer on your room will begin shortly afterwards (similar to how movie theaters work).
There will be no refunds for missed games.

How much does it cost?
Tickets are $30 + Tax, per person.
Special pricing is available for corporate groups, sports teams and non-profit organizations with 16+ players.
To redeem group rates or special pricing please call us to book your game, or contact us through our special Corporate Contact Form to reach a dedicated sales associate.
Do I need a reservation?
Monday – Thursday our facilities are open by appointment only and would require a reservation at least one hour (1 hour) before your desired game time in order to deploy a game master to the location.
Friday – Sunday we are open for walk-ins and reservations, but due to how busy we can get on these days it is advised to reserve your spot ahead of time to guarantee prompt service.
Sometimes we won’t have a break in time slots for 5-6 hours at a time during the weekends, so your wait time may be substantial without a reservation.
Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?
All cancellations or reschedule requests must be received at least 12 hours before your scheduled reservation. Due to our schedule, we can only allow ONE (1) reschedule per group. If you know you can’t make your previously scheduled time, but are unsure of when you’ll be able to reschedule, simply request a credit and we’ll make a note on your account. Do you offer Private Experiences?
Yes. All activities at this location are completely private – At no time will you be made to share your activity with strangers. We offer this feature free of charge.
Pricing and Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment including:
– Credit Card (including Mastercard and American Express)
– Debit Card (including Cashapp Card and Paypal Card)
– Cash
– Contactless Payments (Cashapp Tap, GooglePay, ApplePay, etc…)
Can I pay on arrival?
Yes. To create a reservation we only require a deposit of $33 – Equal to 1 ticket price. The remaining balance can be paid on arrival.
I want to pay in full but it won't let me
Over the years we’ve developed our deposit system to help everyone involved.
How it helps you:
– You won’t have to pay for everyone in the party and then collect payments from your friends/family, which could sour relationships.
– If someone were to steal your identity and try to book with us, we require them to pay the remaining balance on location while under surveillance and with a signed waiver.
How it helps us:
– Incase your party drops players the day of arrival, we don’t have to administer refunds, which can cost us double in credit card processing fees.
– Fraud protection as well – Incase of fraudsters, having video and photographic evidence helps our case a lot in getting these rapscallions off the streets.
