Lock City Adventures is looking for an enthusiastic, people-loving Adventure Guide to join our team at our Carrollton location. Adventure Guides are the heart of our operation—welcoming guests, guiding them through their chosen attractions, and ensuring every visit is fun, smooth, and unforgettable from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal Adventure Guide is:
- Friendly, upbeat, and customer-focused
- Coachable and excited to learn new attractions as they’re released
- Enthusiastic about bringing joy and excitement to others
- Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
- A quick thinker who works well under pressure
- Professional, mature, and team-oriented
- Comfortable with entry-level computer typing
- Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Drug and nicotine free (we are a faith based organization and a drug/nicotine free establishment)
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Adventure Guide, you will:
- Greet and check in guests with a welcoming attitude
- Explain the storylines, rules, and safety guidelines of each adventure
- Monitor players throughout their experience and assist when needed
- Reset and prepare attractions between groups
- Perform light prop maintenance when necessary
- Answer phones, book reservations, and respond to guest questions
- Process guests efficiently at check-in
- Work closely with teammates to ensure adventures start on time and run smoothly
- Complete daily facility tasks such as cleaning, game resets, and room preparation

Adventure Guides must wear dark blue jeans, a company-provided black polo shirt (provided after probationary period) and black shoes.
